    Job Description:

    Our client is one of the leading FMCG brands. They are currently looking for high caliber to be the Lead of Key Account for hotel, restaurants and other on-premises channels.

    • Head a small team on account management function
    • Connection with Food service channels

    Responsibilities:

    • Head of the team and to develop and drive the business through the channel
    • Build relationship with restaurants, cafe, hotel or other on-premises channels in order to achieve a sustainable growth of business
    • Negotiate with the Account on the best trade terms and promotion plan
    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on category analysis and account performance
    • Plan and analyze business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis
    • Lead, coach and train team members to achieve the sales goal
    • Prepare account budgets annually, updating forecasts on a monthly basis, and monitoring inventory situation

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree holder with at least 8 years of working experience in key account management
    • Exposure in dealing with food service, including hotel, restaurants, cafe or other on-premises channels
    • Strong communications and interpersonal skill
