    Job Description:

    Our client is a well established multinational firm with business presence in APAC. They are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the expansion of the group.

    • Business partner to Management
    • Lead a small team

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic advice to managers / department head with solutions to address business needs.
    • Review manpower planning, drive talent management and hiring initiatives.
    • Prepare analytical reports for management review relating to cost of recruitment, retention rate, staff engagement, and action plan on recruitment strategies.
    • Monitor staff headcount and proactively discuss with Business Heads for a rational manpower planning while ensuring cost are within budget.
    • Support the formulation of staff communications and activities.
    • Support management in business expansion strategies for different regions.
    • Lead and coach recruitment officers in local and overseas office including PRC.

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder with 5 years from executive search firms and recruitment agencies.
    • Experience in recruiting talent in IT solution field.
    • Experience in APAC or China talent acquisition is a plus.
    • Capable to work with multiple business stakeholders under tight deadlines. Strong communicator with all levels.
    • Experience in leading small team.
    • Good team player and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
